  • Applicants must possess a full, clean UK driving license and access to their own vehicle, and be prepared to manage a caseload of learners and support them through their training.

  • Must hold solid, occupational experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager within a Residential Children's Home.
  • Experience of delivering staff training would be highly desirable.   
  • Ideally be a qualified and experienced Assessor of Apprenticeships in Children & Young People Families Practitioner / Residential Childcare - though this is not essential, as our client can train you up! 
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English. 
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
  • Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
