- Trainee candidates: Starting salary of £26,500 + bonus potential!
- Qualified candidates: Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus potential!
- Must hold solid, occupational experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager within a Residential Children's Home.
- Experience of delivering staff training would be highly desirable.
- Ideally be a qualified and experienced Assessor of Apprenticeships in Children & Young People Families Practitioner / Residential Childcare - though this is not essential, as our client can train you up!
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
