We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support the objectives of our care services, promoting a culture of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of high-quality services, enabling young people’s needs and priorities to be met with available resources.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain a high-quality service by working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored services to young people.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, personalized services through assessment, person-centered planning, and regular outcome-focused reviews.
  • Take a lead in the day-to-day operations including client interaction and conducting service audits.
  • Support young people in achieving their targets as per their support plans, focusing on developing independent living skills.
  • Provide access to advice, support, and training related to welfare, housing, and resettlement.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies and local authority requirements.
  • Manage a team involved in the direct support of young people, ensuring professional and timely support delivery.
  • Promote high standards and compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Engage in human resources duties including recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Over a year of experience working with young people in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policies and Procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and data protection laws.
