Brook Street are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Temporary Car Park Attendants. This role involves issuing parking charge notices, assisting with car park management, and performing routine tasks such as checking cashless pay machines, managing barriers, and setting up cones to block off spaces for events.

Full training will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience in a friendly and supportive environment. The role is offering 12/hour for the successful applicants. The shift pattern will be Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm (finishing at 4pm on Fridays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue parking charge notices as necessary.
  • Set up and remove barriers and cones for event preparation.
  • Perform regular checks on cashless payment machines and car park barriers.
  • Provide assistance to staff and visitors using the car park.
  • Calmly and professionally address any concerns or complaints related to parking.
