Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management and delivery of highway schemes.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
- Manage resources and contribute to business development.
- Ensure quality standards and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote a health, safety, and welfare culture across all projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering highway schemes (local/national/private sector).
- Strong knowledge of DMRB and MCDHW.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, and drainage design is a plus.
