Senior Asset Lead ( 6-month FTC)

Our client, a growing housing association has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Asset Lead to join their amazing team.

The role:

  • Leading the delivery of 3 key projects (Damp and Mould, Options Appraisal and Disposal, Voids)
  • Review the current process / ways of working and re-engineer to maximise efficiency, value for money and deliver on the customer experience
  • Ensure that robust data is available and being used by the relevant teams / for assurance from each of the project
  • Reviewing capacity and resource management to identify opportunities and needs
  • Developing a plan of works to deliver on the projects and drive delivery
  • Taking a strategic and operational approach to delivery - leading the delivery teams and undertaking operational activity as required
  • Working with the Homes leadership team to ensure a successful handover into BAU

Key skills/ experience:

  • Experience as a senior leader with housing or maintenance
  • Experience of process re-engineering
  • Experience of developing customer centred solutions in relation to property
  • Ability to develop programmes of works and lead teams to deliver
  • Experience managing complex projects
