About the Role
Join a growing consultancy in Bristol as a Senior Drainage Engineer and lead the design and delivery of drainage solutions for residential, commercial, and highway projects. You’ll manage projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure technical excellence across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of drainage systems (SuDS, foul, surface water).
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, and technical reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, securing necessary approvals.
- Develop fee proposals and contribute to business development.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in drainage design for infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in MicroDrainage and/or Civil 3D.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
