Role: Senior Civil Engineer / Principal Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

The Role:
As a Senior Civil Engineer or Principal Civil Engineer, your role will involve a combination of hands-on design of technical highways and drainage deliverables for residential developments, as well as overseeing, mentoring and reviewing the workload for junior engineers.
The technical deliverables involved will include:
- Preliminary and Detailed Drainage Design (surface and foul, with SuDS)
- Highways Geometric Design (estate roads)
- Pavement Design
- Earthworks (Cut & Fill Volume Calculations, Earthwork Strategies)
- Utilities Design & Co-ordination
- Full S38, S278 & S104, S106 packages.
For an exciting range of developments, ranging from a few residential dwellings to thousands.
Requirements:
- UK Consultancy experience in civil infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of the relevant Sectional Agreements, including S278, S38, S104, S106, etc.
- Working knowledge of industry standard software, which may include Civil 3D, Site 3D, PDS, Micro/InfoDrainage, or Causeway Flow.
