Requirement for a site/setting out engineer for a large residential scheme in Bristol. The scheme is just starting and aims to deliver 200+ plots over the next few years. The project is in north Bristol and the main developer are a well known PLC housebuilder.
The requirement is for the groundworks sub-contractor working on this project. The individual required will have worked on new build housing before and be capable of working independently and reporting back to the office. The roads and infrastructure also fall within the groundworks package. Therefore the ability to set out plots and infrastructure is essential.
You will need a valid CSCS card. Equipment / Kit being provided will effect the rate.
