The role offers a level of autonomy, supported by a larger overall regional team. Workload will be
diverse, which the successful candidate will be able to manage themselves day to day as well as carryingout Business Development activities to continue building their own network and future workload. We expect the workload to be reasonably broad and include surveys, project monitoring, schedules of condition and planned maintenance surveys. Work is carried out for a wide variety of clients ranging from private individuals through to regional and National.
MRICS is desirable although not essential.
Management responsibilities are an option for the right candidate, if of interest.
