The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a number of exciting projects, both nationally and internationally, across various sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport, and leisure.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will also deliver professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, defect analysis, and dilapidations.

This role is ideal for a Building Surveyor with strong client management skills, looking to progress within a supportive and creative environment.
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- Previous experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Extensive project delivery experience
