The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a number of exciting projects across sectors including education, healthcare, science, local authority, office, retail and leisure.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will be an integral part of a close-knit and collaborative team, responsible for delivering professional services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect analysis, party wall and schedule of condition.
The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from a progressive environment, working closely with high-profile clients, providing bespoke services, offering the perfect platform for both professional and personal growth.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a forward-thinking individual, capable of building and developing strong client relationships.
- Ideally MRICS qualified or on the APC pathway
- Previous consultancy experience is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
