We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join a respected property consultancy in the South West, primarily based in Bristol.
The position involves a variety of commercial building surveying tasks, including dilapidations and party wall work.
Candidates should have prior experience in commercial property surveying and hold a relevant degree, with MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
The salary for this role ranges from £50k to £60k depending on experience, with additional benefits such as a bonus scheme and hybrid working.

We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from our clients' Bristol office, the majority of work will be in the surrounding area. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.

The Building Surveyor will be completing a range of duties, focusing on commercial building surveying, including dilapidations, party wall work, traditional surveys and neighbourly matters to name just a few.
