A national built environment consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join their thriving Bristol team.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to establish and maintain key client relationships, support business development and assist with recruitment, mentoring and team leadership.
As well as this, the Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing services such as defect analysis, measured surveys, party wall, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments and condition surveys.
The Building Surveyor will benefit from wide industry exposure as well as local knowledge, working within a progressive environment, where professional development is continuous.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a passionate individual with both project and professional experience behind them.
- BSc/MSc ideally in Building Surveying
- Previous consultancy experience
- MRICS qualification is ideal but not essential
