The successful candidate will be carrying out the following:

Conduct building surveys and asset management surveys.
Undertake pre-acquisition and technical due diligence surveys.
Assist and manage construction contracts ranging from (phone number removed)+.
Specification of works, advising on appointment of contractors and acting as Contract Administrator.
Create schedules of conditions and PPM schedules.
Preparation and negotiation of dilapidations claims.
