The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will provide expert advice and technical services across all stages of the property lifecycle. Working closely with clients, you will deliver high-quality surveying solutions, ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and refurbishment of buildings.
The Building Surveyors' day to day responsibilities will include conducting detailed building surveys, condition reports, and technical due diligence, advising on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial works, and providing professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
This is a client-facing role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects and develop strong professional relationships within a well-established consultancy, perfect for an ambitious Building Surveyor ready to take that next step.
The Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- MRICS or actively working towards
- Experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Both project & professional experience
