A Global Property and Real Estate consultancy based in London is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for their Bristol office.
The Bristol office provides services throughout the West Country and is part of a nationwide consultancy with over 160 consultants.
The role involves working on traditional Building Surveying skills, including Project and Professional work, advising investors, owners, and occupiers.
Requirements include a BSc in Building Surveying, MRICS qualification, and ideally 1-2 years PQE in a commercial Building Surveying environment.
The salary for this position is between 40-60k, with additional benefits such as a car allowance, bonus scheme, private healthcare, and pension.

A Global Property and Real Estate consultancy, with its Head Office in London, is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their thriving Bristol office. This nationwide consultancy has over 160 consultants throughout its offices and it’s Bristol office delivers a comprehensive service throughout the West Country. You will be coming onto a well-established team of Building Surveyors and working across a range of traditional Building Surveying skills, with a good share of both Project and Professional work. With a varied work load, you will be advising investors, owners and occupiers. Experience of Dilaps, due diligence or Fund Monitoring also a bonus, but not crucial.

Requirements:

BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
MRICS
Ideally 1-2 years PQE within a commercial Building Surveying Environment
