The CharteredBuilding Surveyors' role

In this role, the Chartered Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a number of high-profile, education and university projects, with an emphasis on multi-million-pound refurbishment and new build schemes.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing project management and contract administration services.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and personable individual, with strong client-facing skills.

  • MRICS qualification
  • Previous experience within a similar consultancy environment
  • Experience across the education sector is beneficial but not essential
  • Project delivery experience is key
