A bespoke Building Consultancy are looking for a professional Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team.
The Chartered Building Surveyors' role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be joining an established team to support the growth and development of their Building Surveying offering across the South West.
This role presents the chance to work with and develop a prestigious client base, both existing and new, with the opportunity to expand on this consultancy's current project portfolio.
Initially, the Chartered Building Surveyor will have a focus within the residential space, providing key services such as contract administration, party wall, building pathology and building surveys.

- Qualified with MRICS
- Proven project delivery experience
- Similar consultancy experience
What's on offer?
- £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
