Certain Advantage is hiring for a Civils Technical Coordinator, based within commutable distance of Bristol.

This role is on a permanent basis and is primarily office-based, with some nationwide travel (up to 10%).

They provide expert programme and project management throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely solutions. By fostering innovation and collaboration, they help drive the future of nuclear energy and infrastructure.



The Role:

As a Civil Technical Coordinator, you will be a part of the main mission to ensure a transverse coordination of the SZC civil activities. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Adapting the high-level DRJR process to the civil work sequence
  • Developing relevant templates to standardize and streamline documentation.
  • Ensuring consistency across all buildings, so that design replication is applied correctly and efficiently.
  • Producing DRJR or replication statements for transverse documents, ensuring proper justification and traceability.
  • Management of the D2R2 tool (Data management tool used to manage the overall Master Reference list)

The Individual:

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in civil engineering
  • Working experience on civil design engineering
  • Experience in the nuclear sector would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Codes & Standards on CW and understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations
