Job Overview
They are seeking 2 multi skilled fire and security engineers to carry out installations of systems in commercial applications.
Duties
- Installation and testing to the relevant codes of practice
- Excellent communication through all levels of the contract chain
- Able to manage installation from start up through to completion
- Diagnose faults using a pragmatic approach
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, ensuring that installations meet design specifications.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
- Solid mechanical knowledge related to building systems and construction practices.
- Experience with system design, particularly in relation to fire and security applications.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in installation processes.
- Understanding of electrical systems as they pertain to fire safety equipment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00-42,500.00 per year
Call out system is operational but is rarely in use due to the work being all commercial and Industrial
