Are you an experienced Bridge Engineer looking for a new challenge?  
 
As a Principal Bridge Engineer, you will spearhead the planning, management, and execution of Structural Capital Transportation Projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and motivate a dynamic team and contractors to achieve project objectives, maintaining a supportive management culture.
·Oversee the full planning, delivery, and management of Capital work programmes within established timeframes and budgets, ensuring alignment with council targets.
·Innovate and integrate flexible approaches to transport service delivery, engaging stakeholders effectively.
·Monitor and control Major Capital Projects budgets to meet approved programmes and service provisions.
·Provide expert structural technical advice across council teams and to external partners.
·Assist senior management in formulating transport policies and strategies.
·Prepare and present reports to senior management, executive members, and council committees.
