Sonic Summary

The building consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor (chartered MRICS) and a Building Surveyor for their Bristol and Exeter offices.
The salary range for these positions is between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience working for a consultancy in sectors like education, healthcare, and local authorities.
The roles involve project management, contract administration, and the use of JCT and NEC frameworks, with a hybrid working model of 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days from home.
Interviews for these roles will take place in October, and interested candidates can obtain the job specification after an initial telephone conversation.

LOCATION: BRISTOL OR EXETERI'm currently working in partnership with a building consultancy supporting them with the crucial hire of both a Senior Building Surveyor (chartered MRICS) and a Building Surveyor to join both their Bristol and Exeter offices to work across regional projects.£45,000 - £60,000 per annum 2-3 days per week onsite/ office, 2-3 days home working hybrid modelLocation: Bristol OR Exeter with travel to regional sites Senior Building Surveyor

Working across a number of projects in different sectors (private and public clients)
Assisting with the development of new and repeat business
Project Management and Contract Administration duties for larger projects
Use and application of JCT and NEC
Framework management
Experience in sectors that includes: education, local authorities, health care, central government and infrastructure projects
Have experience working for consultancy
Experience of AutoCAD, and Revit is advantageous
An awareness of BIM systems
MRICS chartered

Building Surveyor

Working across a number of projects in different sectors (private and public clients)
Experience in sectors that includes: education, local authorities, health care, central government and infrastructure projects
Good team working skills and ability to communicate well at all levels.
Have experience working for a consultancy
Experience of AutoCAD, and Revit is advantageous
An awareness of BIM systems
Full support working towards APC
