Location: BristolSalary: Up to £55KContract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to construction.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct building pathology, design, and specification, including Net Zero schemes.
  • Handle project management, due diligence surveys, and contract administration.
  • Utilize JCT and NEC contracts and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from a RICS-accredited program.
  • Full RICS membership.
  • Demonstrable all-round surveying experience with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT tools, AutoCAD, and knowledge of Revit is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within and beyond the region.
