About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire & Flood Technician to join our dynamic team, covering the Bristol area. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality fire and flood restoration services, ensuring rapid response, effective damage mitigation, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend fire and flood-damaged properties to assess and implement restoration solutions.

  • Undertake water extraction, drying techniques, and smoke/soot damage remediation.

  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training where necessary.

  • Operate specialist drying and decontamination equipment.

  • Conduct moisture assessments and compile detailed reports.

  • Liaise with insurance companies, loss adjusters, and property owners to ensure smooth claims processes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of works carried out.

  • Adhere to health & safety regulations and company protocols.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fire and flood restoration.

  • BDMA or IICRC qualification (desirable but not essential).

  • Strong understanding of moisture mapping, drying techniques, and decontamination processes.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
