- Support the Client Partner in the formulation of key account plans to drive the strategic
- direction of the account

- Develop a good understanding of the client’s data and the technical solutions we
- manage and deploy, and the value it drives
- Working with the client stakeholders, Strategist, Delivery Lead and Strategic
- Consultants, to develop a roadmap to achieve the client’s business goals; data,
- technology and customer dialogue strategies
- Review and understand client account and project profitability
- Demonstrable experience in an Account Director role or similar, leading and managing CRM strategies, marketing programmes (or similar) activities and have experience with implementing complex technical solutions.
- Ability to challenge eloquently to support client and agency objectives
- Understanding of how technology and tools can support and enhance client activity
- An understanding of “agency Agile” and associated tools & techniques
- Confident with financials with a commercial outlook
- Active interest in learning about the markets our clients operate in

- Salary in the range of £45-£55k depending on experience
- Remote working or hybrid with one day a week in one of their office (South West or London preferable).
