Our client has a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Our client specialises in surveying of properties. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be a crucial part of the team, providing a high level of support to clients, surveyors and brokers and ensuring their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be confident and not afraid to get stuck in to ensure that clients receive the best service possible. As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, so a friendly and approachable demeanour is essential.

As a computer literate individual, you will be comfortable working with various systems and programs to fulfil your daily tasks. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial to your success in this role.

As a Client Services Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Deal with high volumes of inbound calls and emails

- Communicating with surveyors, brokers and corporate clients

- Allocation of new instructions via the bespoke valuation system

- Progress chasing to ensure strict service levels are maintained

- Providing quotes

- General Admin
