Location:Home-based, with a primary focus on Bristol, and frequent travel to Brighton and customer sites

This is a pivotal role within the Customer Support Team, where youll be responsible for supporting a variety of software products and services, while engaging with customers at the stakeholder level through all phases of the service lifecycle
Essential:
- Significant experience in an MoD engineering support role or UK defence-related business, with demonstrable knowledge of UK military aviation regulation, policy and processes
- Customer-focused
- Effective communicator with good presentation skills
- Able to assimilate complex technical subjects and communicate to non-technical stakeholders
- SC level clearance or able to achieve it
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of the software industry and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL guidelines
