- Handle incoming inquiries from customers and deal with queries and provide updates

- Monitor contract performance, ensuring all obligations are met
- Prepare and process invoices
- Log jobs accurately on CRM
The successful candidate will have worked in an office environment previously and be comfortable communicating with people both over the phone and face to face.
