Customer Service Manager - Avonmouth

Our long term client is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Manager to join their expanding team.

About the Role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee a close knit customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to support business growth.
  • Oversee order processing, exports, and key account management.
  • Monitor stock levels, resolve customer complaints, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Mentor and develop your team to drive performance and foster a proactive work environment.
