Role Overview:
Responsible foroverseeing a team of 6 customer service representatives taking incoming customer enquiries.
Ensuring high-quality customer interactions, setting customer satisfaction targets, managing daily operations, handling complex complaints, training new staff, analyzing customer data, and reporting performance metrics to upper management, all with the goal of maintaining customer loyalty and improving the overall customer experience.
