Client Development Executive - Bristol or London

Our client is a prestigious international legal practice with a strong presence across multiple locations. They are known for their sector-based approach, helping clients tackle current issues and prepare for future challenges. They are looking for a Client Development Executive, who will be crucial in maintaining and growing successful client relationships across the firm. You will work alongside client teams, supporting key client relationships and gaining hands-on experience in key account management within professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of client development initiatives alongside BD and sector client teams.
  • Produce management reporting information on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with account planning and keep internal client information systems up to date.
  • Deliver the Account Manager development programme.
  • Ensure key documents and content are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide support for internal and external events.
  • Coordinate internal briefings and prepare agendas for UK and international client development team meetings.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a Client Relationship, Marketing, or Business Development Executive/Assistant role.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to support and improve client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritise effectively, and identify urgency.
  • Team player with strong communication skills, able to brief partners and lawyers on initiatives.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and understand stakeholder needs.
