Commercial Manager needed in Bristol
My client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their growing team. The role will take overall responsibility for commercial performance of existing and future customers. Working closely with Procurement & Account Management teams, this role will review, analysis, recommend, sign off and implement customer pricing and commercial structures to maximise the overall performance. The right candidate would take responsibility for the delivery of KPIs by managing the team's training and development needs, priorities and workload to ensure the business delivers to target profitability on all projects.
Duties will include :-
- Managing Cost
- Analysing tenders and dealing with estimations
- Reviewing, analysing, and communicating customer performance
- Monitor team KPIs and reviewing quarterly and annually
- Act as the customer commercial interface
Key Objectives :-
- Improvement of overall business performance
- Development of robust pricing process across all TMP customers
- Working with system. Provider to develop and implement improved, simplified and more efficient methods of implementing and analysing the customer pricing process
- Simplification and implementation of robust "Price Banding" structure for relevant customers
- Communication, training and development of Account Management Team
