Paying up to 76p/h (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities:

• Leads the drafting of proposal and contractual language.
• Participates in the proposal and negotiation of agreements utilising approved contract terms and conditions.
• Support proposal reviews in line with the internal gated process.
• Supports / leads coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines, integrating business / finance / programme priorities to create solutions that balance business financial performance and customer relationship management
• Supports the development and documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements.
• Ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations.

Experience required:

• Commercial management experience ideally in an Aerospace/ Defence sector
• Experience in Contract drafting and providing commercial support for new business campaigns and strategic growth
• Excellent customer relationship management experience
• Be able to work with a high degree of independence
• Have experience working on large scale, high value bids & proposals
