Commercial Officer
Bristol - hybrid role
Up to £45,000
Finitas are working with a world class engineering firm on their search for a Commercial Manager.
The successful candidate will join the current commercial team and assist with various commercial tasks. Key responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements, such as prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and back-to-back subcontracts. Additionally, you will lead the commercial governance process for bids under your responsibility and ensure compliance with the approvals framework, holding the wider division accountable.
They are looking for the following experience:
- 1-year relevant work experience within engineering/defence/government
- Experience in sales and/or commercial management
- Ability to analyse, interpret and draft contractual wording
