Field Sales Executive

Bristol UK (with travel into surrounding areas)

£30,000 per year + uncapped OTE £75k

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to join their team in Bristol as a part of their existing sales force. They are a very successful company that over the years has built up a solid field sales team. Due to promotions, they now have some key locations in the UK that have become available.

To be successful in this role you will have the experience to drive new business revenue growth through direct engagement with customers, promoting their products and services into the SME sector.

Your Responsibilities:

New business generation: Identify and engage with potential customers face to face through cold calling, referrals outreach, and networking.

Pipeline: to identify and build a successful sales pipeline

Closing Deals: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.

Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, and deal qualification processes.

Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales success.

Valid UK driving license
