We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Sales Consultant for a leading luxury family owned retailer for their flagship store in Bristol.

Steeped in history our client showcases brands such as Vi-Spring, Parker Knoll, Tetrad, Duresta, Natuzzi and Himolla and an appreciation for this customer demographic is essential.

The ideal Senior Sales Consultant:

- Must have experience in face to face consultative retail sales (furniture showroom sales experience essential)

- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport

- Be confident and highly motivated

- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Basic Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 with individual commission structure on all sales; genuine uncapped first year OTE c£40k - £50k (commission paid on order not delivery; 1-4% on all products)
