Senior Architectural Technician

Anderselite are currently working with a diverse and enthusiastic Urban Design and Architectural practice based in Bristol who work with the biggest developers in the country and have many years of experience in projects from conception to construction. Their team takes pride in building strong relationships with clients based on trust and a sense of belonging to the same team. They offer a multidisciplinary set of skills with the dedicated, innovative approach of a small practice.

This is a full-time role for Senior Architectural Technician in the Bristol office. This person will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and tasks on projects ranging from single dwellings to schemes of up to 500 homes. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as creating technical drawings, collaborating with clients and developers, and ensuring project timelines.


Qualifications
Strong Architectural Design skills
Project Management experience
Knowledge of relevant software and integration
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Have a relevant qualification
