An established multi-disciplinary property consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Bristol.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work across a wide variety of sectors and take on a senior role within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in managing and delivering a range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, and heritage.
The new Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering core Building Surveying services including condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis, and technical due diligence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveyor to progress their career while contributing to the development of a highly skilled team.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, preferably RICS accredited
- MRICS qualification or actively working towards
- Proven experience delivering both project and professional services
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
- A proactive and commercially minded individual
