Gadsme is an in-game non-intrusive advertising platform, specifically built to allow global brands to reach their ideal audiences inside premium video games. Gadsme is integrated with over 850 games, exclusively monetising all in-game placements. Supporting clickable banner, video and audio placements in each title, with a global supply footprint thats growing day by day. A world first to have all in-game formats (display, video and audio), within one SDK.

Gadsme offers a fully transparent platform giving complete control for advertisers and developers alike, with unique features, real-time-data and IAB approved ad formats to ensure success. Providing a new advertising medium for game publishers to add incremental revenue to their monetisation strategies, while also providing advertisers an innovative new advertising environment to explore. This approach allows advertisers to reach highly engaged audiences without interrupting gameplay.

Gadsme is the future of game advertising with an HQ is in Paris, France, and a number of employees also in the UK with plans to expand into the USA this year. The current focus is monetising mobile in-app games through 2024, however Gadsme will look to expand into PC and console within the next year.

About the Ad Ops Campaign Executive / Manager role

  • Responsible for leading the ad operations and campaign management within the programmatic team. This includes setup, troubleshooting, delivery and optimisations of the campaigns sold by the Gadsme direct sales team.
  • Reporting into the Head of Programmatic, also UK based, and assisting in programmatic operations, driving revenue via the open market place.
  • Eventually being responsible for smaller programmatic connections, being autonomous and working with external demand partners to push performance.
  • Reporting and data duties to provide to management when required, and post campaign to agencies and brands.
  • Collaborate with the wider business teams, using data driven decisions to advise on product and business performance.

What experience youll need to apply

  • 2+ years experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or media buying.
  • Proven experience with ad trafficking, campaign management, and optimisation.
  • Experience working with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Smartadserver etc.)
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other coding languages for troubleshooting would be beneficial but not required.
  • Strong analytics skills, with the ability to use reporting and data to problem solve and optimise campaigns.
  • Good Excel skills VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables would be highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with third-party ad tags, viewability metrics, and brand safety tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Confident with client communication via emails and meetings.
  • Driven and autonomous, this role will be in charge of their business arm and is required to keep everything running smoothly, with strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery issues.
