Im delighted to be exclusively representing a great Client of ours, a purpose led tech platform with recruitment of their Marketing Communications Manager role. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as a Marketing Manager, Communications Manager, Community Manager within technology or charity/ not for profit sector (or ideally bit of both).

What youll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Strategy Director. The purpose of this role is to lead, grow and engage online community of commercial businesses and charities. The postholder will drive user engagement, foster relationships and ensure the platform delivers value to all stakeholders. On a daily basis, the responsibilities will entail content creation and knowledge sharing, community moderation and governance and data driven insights.

What experience youll need to apply
  • Previous experience working in a similar role and growing online communities preferably within a b2b marketplace or SaaS environment.
  • Recent knowledge or experience in the not for profit sector.
  • Customer relationship management experience.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.

A of £40-45k + great benefits. This role can offer a mainly remote working model with visiting the Bristol office at least once per week.
