Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced machinist to join our friendly team in Bristol, specializing in manufacturing aluminium parts for various sectors including Aerospace, Defence, and Medical.
Candidates should have skills in setting, operating, and programming 3 Axis Hurco Mills, as well as experience with conventional programming in WinMax and NC programming using Fusion 360.
The role requires experience in machining aluminium and plastics, along with the ability to manage tools and setups and read technical drawings.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 and includes 33 days of annual leave, which encompasses bank holidays, along with a company pension.
Candidates should be reliable and punctual, with desirable experience in Aberlink CMM programming and CO2 and Fibre laser operation.

We are looking for an experienced and positive machinist to work in a friendly and established team based in Bristol. The company manufacture and supply aluminium parts to various sectors including Aerospace, Defence and Medical.

Skills and Experience
Setting, operating and programming 3 Axis Hurco Mills.
Conventional Programming in WinMax, using DXF.
NC Programming, Fusion 360.
Experience machining aluminium and plastics and free issue parts.
Managing tools and sets up.
Read Technical drawings.
Reliable and punctual.

Desirable
Aberlink CMM programming experience
CO2 and Fibre laser operator

Working Hours
Rotating Shift
Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm, Friday 6am-5.30pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 1.30pm-10.45pm (Friday off)
