Program & Set CNC Machines - Fully program machines online, set workpieces, fixtures, and tools for multi-axis turning centers.? Operate CNC Machines - Work with Fanuc controls, troubleshoot, and optimize G-code programs.? Quality & Compliance - Ensure adherence to GD&T, aerospace tolerances, and industry regulations.? Continuous Improvement - Monitor OEE data (FourJaw) and contribute to production optimization.? Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with engineers, maintain accurate setup sheets, and support process improvements.What We're Looking For:?? Experience as a CNC Turning Programmer/Setter in a precision engineering environment.?? Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, multi-axis turning, and CNC programming.?? Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately.?? Experience with Miyano machines (preferred but not essential).??
