Our client is a leading manufacturing company that specialises in creating unique and innovative wooden products. The team is searching for a talented CNC Woodworking Operator to join their production facility in Bristol. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for creating precise and accurate cuts and utilising your expertise in drilling, cutting, and sanding to bring designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality wooden products.
* Utilise your expertise in drilling, cutting, and sanding to create precise and accurate cuts.
* Read and interpret plans and blueprints to ensure products are manufactured to exact specifications.
* Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
* Collaborate with our team to improve production processes and find innovative solutions to problems.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in a woodworking environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
* Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
* Familiarity with using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
