Inside Sales/ Telesales Representative

Fishponds, Bristol

£25,000 plus commission OTE £35,000

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Omega has an exciting opportunity with our amazing client for an Inside Sales Representative. They specialise in supplying machine tools and manufacturing equipment. They are known for providing a wide range of high-quality CNC machine tools.

Key Responsibilities –Inside Sales/ Telesales Representative

  • Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required
  • Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Requirements –Inside Sales/Telesales Representative

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering supplies industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications
  • Customer Management System experience
