Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11)
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts - 37.5 hours per week
- Week 1: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday
- Week 2: 2:00 PM 12:00 PM (Monday to Wednesday) + Thursday 2:00 PM 11:30 PM
Salary: £26,341.20 per year (£24,901 plus £15 shift allowance)

Are you an experienced Saw Operator looking to join a dynamic team?
We are seeking a full-time Saw Operator to work in a factory environment. Experience is essential. If youre detail-oriented and committed to safety, we want to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the band saw safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Verify materials and cut plans to ensure precision before cutting.
- Perform quality checks on cut pieces using measuring instruments.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on the saw and assist with housekeeping.
- Operate fork trucks and jib cranes as required, ensuring productivity sheets are completed daily.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Saw Operator, specifically with band saws.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety protocols.
- Knowledge of cutting specifications and quality control measures.
- Ability to lift up to 20kgs and perform manual handling tasks.
- Team player with effective communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
