We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator to join our clients growing team in beautiful Bristol. As a leading construction company specialising in earthworks, bulk earthmoving, and soil stabilisation, we offer a dynamic and exciting work environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and progress in your career.

As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction team. This includes managing paperwork, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and assisting with project scheduling and budgeting. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our project managers and gain valuable experience in construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing support to the construction team through administrative duties- Organising and managing paperwork related to projects- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors- Assisting with project scheduling and budgeting- Maintaining accurate records and documentation- Communicating with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met- Handling general office duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in administration, preferably in the construction industry- Knowledge of earthworks, bulk earthmoving, and soil stabilisation (highly desirable)- Familiarity with pile mat installation, earthworks landscaping, and cut and fill operations (highly desirable)- Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excellent organisation and time management skills- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Eager to learn and progress in the construction industry
