We are looking for a Passivhaus Consultant to join the team. The role is ideally suited to an individual of an architectural background with experience of being involved in the delivery of new-build and/or retrofit residential projects designed to a low-energy / low-carbon / Passivhaus standard.



The preferred candidate will have excellent knowledge of the key factors that impact on building energy performance including fabric design, thermal bridging, ventilation, airtightness, overheating, heating and hot water solutions, and renewable technology.



The candidate should also have a very good understanding of Climate Change / Net Zero guidance by organisations such as LETI and UKGBC and how to apply the guidance to building performance.

Certifier European Passivhaus Designer / Consultant
Experience of delivering new-build and/or retrofit residential projects to a certified Passivhaus / EnerPHit standard
Experience of using PHPP and Design PH
Experience of analysing and understanding the energy performance of buildings
Experience of operating within the construction sector
Good understanding of the Passivhaus standard
Good understanding of detailed construction drawings
Good understanding of mechanical & electrical building services design
Good understanding of low and zero carbon generating technologies

Excellent Autodesk AutoCAD skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
Ability to produce detailed reports and effectively communicate results
