This is a great opportunity for a Project Development Surveyor to join a team who is dedicated to developing the Council's existing assets as well as procuring and secure potential future sites and assets moving forward.
As an experienced Project Development Surveyor, you will have a varied workload with work ranging from planning and surveying of potential land based sites and projects, advising on governmental codes and regulations and helping to manage project budgets and expenditure.
This is a fantastic role for a surveyor keen to work in a great environment where you will play a vital role in the development and success of future projects, whilst having a senior leadership support network in place and a strong culture of employee focused development.
The Role:
- Project Development Surveyor (Buildings/ Land)
- Planning & Surveying of potential projects
- Advising on codes and regulations
- Site based assessments
The Person:
- Relevant experience in a commercial organisation or local authority
- Practical experience with the marketing, disposal and acquisition of land and buildings
- Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Stroud, Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding areas
