Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, based in Bristol, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on numerous commercial projects with a large number of these being in the educational sector. The role will be based from the office on Bristol with travel to projects. Duties will include all aspects of Building Surveying including; dilapidations, condition surveys, specification writing, contract admin and project-based work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy with excellent work life balance.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 50k - 60k- DOE

Job Overview:
- Able to manage your own projects, including preparing fee proposals and overseeing invoicing.
- Perform all professional duties, such as dilapidations, party wall matters, and various types of surveys.
- Communicate directly with clients.
- Collaborate with the directors when necessary.
- Eager to grow personally and eventually take on team management responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally hold 3 years' experience gained either post degree or during a placement year
- Must be living within commuting distance of Bristol
- Open to candidates from Senior level to Chartered
- Willing to travel for projects and complete a survey alone if needed
- Full driving licence
- Looking for a long-term role
- A strong base of experience in the use of AutoCAD
- Familiar with all areas of the Microsoft suite of software
