The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a prosperous building consultancy team who are currently experiencing an exciting period of change and growth. The Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of this team and long-term business plan, playing a crucial role in supporting goals for expansion and development.
This role offers the Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of high-profile projects across various markets including commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use.
As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the chance to get stuck into a variety of responsibilities including developing and managing key client relationships, working closely with the Directors in growing the business, and mentoring junior members of the team.

The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally come from a consultancy background, with a proven track record in providing both project and professional focused Building Surveying services.
- MRICS qualification ideally
- Business development experience is a bonus
- A self-motivated, career-focused individual
- Keen to support other members of the team
